We start by reviewing your product choice, quantity, and deadline so we can confirm whether the order fits our production schedule. For personalized items, we also check the name list and artwork details before preparing a quote based on the base item, print method, quantity, and variants.
Before production begins, we prepare a digital proof for approval. This lets you review the layout, paper choice, and finishing so the order can move forward with the approved version. If a file needs correction, we explain the issue clearly before printing.

From first inquiry to final pickup, each order follows a clear review process.
Our studio works well for gift orders, small business merchandise, and club items such as mugs, tote bags, notebooks, and small team sets. Quantities usually range from five to one hundred items, with production timing depending on stock, supplier availability, and the final order details.
Once production is complete, we carry out a variant check and arrange collection or local delivery within Nova Gorica. Orders can be submitted by email, file upload, or contact form, and payment is available by card or bank transfer.
